72Have you ever wanted to cleanse your body and give your system a rest with juicer recipes? A juicer recipe is a very good start. Sure you can just eat the fruits or vegetables and get the same nutrition but your body will be working hard to break down the fibers. When you use a juicer to juice the fruits and vegetable you do most of the job that your body would take hours doing. Your body will quickly absorb all the vitamins and nutrients and focus only on cleansing and detoxifying.
Many people are doing this everyday for health issues or just to feel good. Some people even do this as a weight-loss plan. A lot of people neglect their bodies from these very important nutrients. People are so busy these days that they will eat what ever is easiest to grab. A lot don’t think about how deprived they are of nutrients. People don’t realize how essential fruits and especially vegetables are until a health issue arises.
There are several juicer recipes for different issues. A blend of green vegetables like spinach and beets can have miraculous health benefits. I personally know people fighting cancer that are juicing their vegetables. Juicer recipes are also known to improve immune system and boost energy.
For children this could be a wonderful way for them to get their greens. You can find many online juicer recipes for them online. My little ones will not eat raw vegetables but I have tried many juicer recipes for kids that they are willing to drink. It feels very good to know I am able to give them all the nutrients their bodies need without worrying about supplemental vitamins.
Since fruits are more enjoyable and sweet they are much easier and fun to drink. Some fruits are better to drink than to actually eat. Juicer recipes with fruit are loaded with fiber and vitamins your body needs. Have a healthy drink everyday and you’ll immediately feel great.

I just joined Hubpages an hour or so ago. I'm encouraged by your hub especially because I do it everyday too! I agree with you completely when you said that you can eat the fruits and get the same results. However, how can one eat an apple, a carrot, a stick of celery, 5 strawberries and a few spinach leaves ( all these will give you a small glass of pure juice) before dashing off to work in the morning?

Thanks for giving such a hub. Fruits are essential to our body. They help in improving our immune system and helps in detoxification process too. Increase the intake of fruits either as raw fruit or as juices. Each recipe you have provided is extremely good for the health.
Fruits taken in any form is good for health. The juice format is easy to digest and it is easily assimilated by our body. They are good in minerals and vitamins as well. Thanks for the hub.
Great hub - I love my juicer, and am always making weird combinations, I find the juices that come out a really gross colour seem to taste the best!! Apple, carrot and ginger is one of my favourites, also like celery, watercress and red pepper for a more savoury hit.

Juicing recipes for kids make a huge difference in the nutrients they get in a day. Wish my mom had a juicer when I was growing up...would have made meals a lot easier. I absolutely detested cooked veggies then! Juices are yummy!
